Our founder, Mohammed “Mo” Baki, had an idea to create an atmosphere that was more than just a place that served good food. Mohammed wanted to give locals a sense of his homeland.
Cedars was founded in 2012 by Mohammed and his beautiful family.
The recipes used to create our food have been passed down from generation to generation to help achieve Mohammed’s goal of providing the area with the best Lebanese cuisine.
